Who will I meet on this tour?  On & off farm retailers, advanced farm direct marketers, farmers’ market managers & vendors. 

When I leave this tour I will know how to… Ignite loyalty through “stories”; employ “country charm” as a retailing strategy; expand purchases beyond the store-front; increase sales per customer.
