Bus Tour Travel Details

The 2007 NAFDMA Bus Tour will be held February 12, 13 & 14, 2007.

This year, you have three tour options from which to choose. All tours begin and end in Calgary at the Hyatt Regency, your convention headquarters hotel.

Your bus tour registration includes...
Your bus tour registration covers most meals, snacks, tour stop admissions and tour materials, as well as Monday's night's lodging in Lethbridge.

Plan to arrive on Sunday, February 11 (or sooner if you'd like to explore the city!)

» Travel to the Hyatt Regency in Calgary, Alberta.
» Get settled in your hotel room.
» Explore the city.
» Register and socialize in the NAFDMA tour registration room. (We've been told that it's a bit like a class reunion, and we have to agree. Everyone's spirits are high as they renew old friendships and make new friends, too. Here's where you'll meet your NAFDMA and local tour guides, receive your bus tour materials, get any last-minute instructions and meet a few of your fellow bus passengers.)

Tour Accommodations
The tour includes one night accommodation in Lethbridge on Monday, Feb. 12, 2007.
Your tour registration does NOT include lodging for Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007.

You need to make your own reservation with the Hyatt Regency Calgary for Tuesday night through the rest of your stay at the convention. Book your room easily at NAFDMA convention rates by using our special Hyatt reservations page. You will be able to leave extra luggage with the bellman and will not need to bring it with you to Lethbridge. If you're participating in the tour, be sure to book your room for Sunday, Feb. 11 and Tuesday, Feb. 13 (and any other days that you'll be in Calgary for the rest of the convention). Visit the Alberta Lodging page for more Hyatt details.

Before you leave home...
» Be sure that you have made your hotel reservations and have a written confirmation from the hotel. Bring the form with you...just in case.
» Be sure that you have received your written bus tour confirmation form. The last confirmations will be mailed on Feb. 4. Bring the form with you...just in case.
» Bring your photo album, scrap book and/or CD/DVD of your farm. Your fellow bus passengers will be bringing their albums...and they want to see yours, too!
» We provide plenty of snacks on the bus, and we'll be stocking extra water bottles this year, too.
» Please visit our Travel page for more information about travel into and out of Calgary.

Join us for all or any part of our convention.
Each component is priced separately.
