If you like complete flexibility, then you’re covered here. You can attend all, or any part of, the Convention. Choose whichever venues you’d like from our convention menu. Just the tour? Attend one workshop then drive home? Trade Show Day only? Two days of your choice? It’s your call. Select any pieces you’d like. Register before January 6 to get your best rates. Make your own flexible hotel arrangements directly with Eden Resort and Suites for whichever lodging nights you choose to arrive and depart. Three-day Conference Package
This package is designed for those who can’t take a full week away from home. If you choose to skip the bus tour and still take advantage of three days of conference, (February 9, 10, 11; Participation Day, Education Day and Innovation Day) then we’ll give you the 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner event for free with our discounted Three-day Conference Package when you register before January 6, 2010. In this option you can take in the whole conference and trade show (does not include bus tour days) for a discounted rate. Just make your own flexible hotel arrangements directly with Eden Resort and Suites for whichever lodging nights you choose to arrive and depart. The Ultimate Networker’s Package includes:

• 7 nights lodging double occupancy (arrival February 5, departure February 12). Lodging is provided for Ultimate Networker’s only at the Headquarters Hotel, the Lancaster Marriott Penn Square*. Hotel reservations are handled by the NAFDMA office.
• Three-meals each day Feb. 6 – 11 (with the exception of three dinners on your own in Downtown Lancaster so you can enjoy some un-programmed time among friends),
• Three-day Bus Tour with all transportation, stops and amenities,
  
• Conference and Trade Show kick-off,
•  Participation Day, Trade show, Contests, Presentations, and more,

Please Note: This is an all-inclusive package. Ultimate Networkers will be required to pay package rate. NAFDMA has negotiated all components of this event with service providers in order to achieve a complete value for the attendees. We are unable to prorate fees and therefore can not give credit for underutilized transportation, missed hotel nights, skipped meals, or other package inclusions.

Ultimate Networker Package rate is $1399.00 per person, double occupancy** when paid before December 15, 2009.

Ultimate Networker Package rate is $1499.00 per person, double occupancy** when paid before January 22, 2010.

**Note: There is an option for a single room upcharge of $350.00 per person for those wishing to secure single room occupancy.
