NAFDMA's Annual Recognition Awards
NAFDMA's Annual Recognition Awards
Each year, NAFDMA recognizes a few people for outstanding
accomplishments in the farm direct marketing industry. Peers make the
nominations. Final selections are made by past recipients who themselves were
nominated and chosen by the entire membership. Award winners can use this honor
to gain local visibility and media attention for their farm or service. Each
year the process motivates members to be their best, not because they need to
win the award, just because they’re proud to be in the game.
As a member of NAFDMA, you are eligible
to nominate other members for any of the association's recognition
awards. You are also eligible to be nominated.
NAFDMA's member recognition awards are designed to focus attention on
the high standards upon which the vast majority of our membership
pursue on their farms, businesses and careers. NAFDMA members do in
fact truly represent the premier farm direct marketing enthusiasts
around the world. Winning an award among this company is truly an
outstanding accomplishment.
Interestingly, nearly every winner of a NAFDMA award finds themselves
humbled in the company of their peers, any one of whom might just as
likely have been the winner. But for those who do win, NAFDMA creates
and distributes a press release in their local market community. No
doubt, this is good for business.
“Being recognized from among so many outstanding
farms from all of North America is really an honor. We have always let our
customers be the barometer for how we are doing. To be selected by our peers
for this award is humbling.”
