Mary Vollmer I became a member of NAFDMA in 1999 and have attended
the bus tour and conference every year since. My husband, Russ, and I
moved back to the farm where he was raised 2 years ago and have been
working with his parents on transitioning and expanding the family farm
in order for it to continue to be sustainable. We grow strawberries, pumpkins, and vegetables and we
make homemade ice cream. We also do some entertainment in the fall and
educational tours both spring and fall. We are currently expanding our
market to include gifts. NAFDMA has been a wonderful resource of
friendships and information, and we look forward to conference time
every year! | |||
