Return and Cancellation Policies
NAFDMA offers services in the form of Membership, Convention Registration, Trade Show Registration and Advanced Learning Retreat Registration. The following Cancellation Policies apply:
Membership
NAFDMA membership is an annual membership. The membership dues are not prorated. There is no refund for membership canceled during the calendar year.
Annual Convention - Registration Terms
All NAFDMA convention registration packages are all-inclusive as described. NAFDMA has negotiated all components of this event with our Convention Hotel and service providers in order to achieve a complete value for the attendees. No refunds or credits will be given for unused features. We are unable to prorate fees underutilized transportation, missed hotel nights, skipped meals, or other package inclusions. Registrants will be required to pay the full package fee.
All packages are based on double occupancy. You will be asked to provide a roommate name on your registration form. We can match you with a suitable roommate if you will not be traveling with one. Please indicate your preference on the registration form. Convention attendees who prefer to have their own private hotel room, must add-on a single occupancy up-charge to their registration.
Spaces for all venues and any special requests are filled on a first-received, first served basis. Registrations are not considered received until payment in full is verified
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of registration fees will be made if written cancellation notice is provided 30 days prior to the first day of the Convention. A 50% refund will be made if written cancellation notice is provided 15 days prior to the first day of the Convention. No refunds will be given after 14 days prior to the first day of the Convention. This refund policy also applies to Inclement Weather. NAFDMA recommends that convention attendees consider third-party travel insurance.
Annual Trade Show
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of registration fees will be made if written cancellation notice is provided 30 days prior to the first day of the Convention (Note this date may be earlier than the first Trade Show date). A 50% refund will be made if written cancellation notice is provided 15 days prior to the first day of the Convention. No refunds will be given after 14 days prior to the first day of the Convention.. This refund policy also applies to Inclement Weather. NAFDMA recommends that convention attendees consider third-party travel insurance

Annual Advanced Learning Retreat
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of registration fees will be made if written cancellation notice is provided 30 days prior to the first day of the Learning Retreat. A 50% refund will be made if written cancellation notice is provided 15 days prior to the first day of the Convention. No refunds will be given after 14 days prior to the first day of the Learning Retreat. This refund policy also applies to Inclement Weather. NAFDMA recommends that convention attendees consider third-party travel insurance.
