On Monday evening, you’ll have a chance to explore San Antonio. We encourage everyone to head to the city’s famous River Walk; the entrance is diagonal across the street from the Gunter Hotel. The River Walk is a city park that is maintained by the city’s Park and Recreation Department. There is no shortage of restaurants and shops along the River Walk. You can also take a cruise on the river or even take a dinner cruise.

You might head on over to the River Walk for dinner at the Texas Land & Cattle Steak House or County Line Bar-B-Q. Or maybe you’re in the mood for Mexican, Tex-Mex or even Italian. You’ll find crab shacks, saloons and fancy, upscale restaurants. You’re bound to find something delicious on the River Walk.

When we head back to Austin on Wednesday afternoon, our last stop of the tour will be at Whole Foods. You can pick up some snacks or supper here or head out into Austin. You have many options in Austin.
