We have reserved three different types of rooms. Be sure to specify your choice of rooms when you call the Kalahari. Please note that if you are reserving a Combination Room or a Village Suite, one person will need to book the entire reservation. The Kalahari recommends that the person making the reservation provide the names of all individuals who will be staying in the rooms/suites. This will ensure that all guests can be reached and that everyone has wristbands for the water park. Room charges can be divided up for final payment on site only.

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE ONLY; be sure to mention NAFDMA. The Kalahari's on-line reservation system will NOT honor our special group rate. 

Special note to bus tour participants: The 2008 Bus Tour will be based in Madison. Three nights of lodging will be included in your bus tour registration. There is no need for you to make hotel reservations for bus tour*. Lodging for arrival day (Thursday, Feb. 14) and Friday and Saturday nights are INCLUDED. Be sure to start your reservation at the Kalahari on Sunday, Feb. 17 (the last day of the bus tour). If you plan to drive to the convention, no problem! We are arranging for convenient transportation to help you get your vehicle to the Kalahari.

Transportation

If you are flying to Wisconsin, arrive at the Dane County Regional Airport (airport code MSN). A shuttle will be available from the airport to the Kalahari for $15 each way. Check back for more details. A free courtesy shuttle is available from the airport to our bus tour headquarters hotel in Madison.
